  1. Since 1976 I am watching WB. No Industry has survived there, what happened to BATA for example. Total atmosphere is not  attractive for any major Industry there. Who ever has started one, were forced to run away. Why you blame Mamata only. Or any other politician. Ask any Industrialist, they refuse to invest in WB. Why?. Situation is same with Kerala also. Hope you got the answer.


  2. Well, this is how I look at it.

    Industrialization is very much required for a growing economy like india. But at what cost is the question. it would have been a good act provided the communist government had allocated barren lands for industries than blessing the industries with cultivation lands. Obviously, India is predominantly an agriculture oriented country and many people make living out of it (almost 70%). Ofcourse, I agree with you that Ms. Banerjee took it to the extremes, it could have been handled differently both by her and the buddha's government.

  3. she just wants to gain vote bank of farmers by arousing their emotional feelings
