Obama has experience at a national level, not as mayor of Podunk.  And he's better educated.  But then, Republicans disparage intelligence.  They don't cotton to no fancy book-learnin' since it makes people stop believing the Bible when it says the world is 6000 years old.

Even the Republican Alaska Senate Leader said she wasn't experienced enough to be Governor much less Vice President. She had 18 months in the Governors mansion with much of that time pregnant. I don't care what kind of superwoman she was or is...no woman can be on the job every day while pregnant. If you want to read what she was up to while Governor - go to the Alaska daily News site. (Much of it is positive).

When you read about her "ethics violation" that is currently being investigated; you will think you are reading about a vindictive high school girl. I'll let you read it and make up your mind.

Also, you ever live in a town with less than 6000 people where she was mayer for most of her little political life? Experience? C'mon.

Really, I am not putting her down for her accomplishments but we are really talking about the Presidency. McCain is not well.

edit: Obama devastating? McCain guarantees more borrowing and war. Maybe as a Democrat you were paying attention only what your party has been saying or their media shills...No biggie. Most people rely on TV for their info.

Please take a few minutes to do some goggle searches about McCain's whole life. What did he vote on the last 20 years? What do his constituents in Arizona think of him? Did you know that the GOP members of his district recently voted to censor him? (then he flew down there to try to push his slate of GOP convention reps through...he failed.)

I'm just saying...please do not let this silly yahoo game influence you. Definitely don't let Main Stream Media do it. Every single one of those so-called media representatives -  for both parties, are getting paid big bucks to stir up controversy. They are not there to educate you!

let's compare the two shall we

Obama graduated from Columbia and Harvard law and was the first Black President of the Harvard law Review (no small feat for anyone regardless of race)

Palin Graduated with a BA in Journalism from the university of Idaho

Obama taught constitutional law for 12 years, and worked as a community organizer in the south-side of Chicago and is a best selling author.

Palin worked for a few years on her husbands fishing boat and as a sports anchor.

Obama served in the Illinois State senate for almost a decade In which his district had a larger population than the state of Alaska.

Palin served on the city council and as the mayor of her hometown in Alaska for nearly a decade, the population of which was less than 6,000 people at the time of which she was Mayor.

Obama has been in the US Senate for 4 years

Palin has been governor of Alaska for 21 months

Now I'm not saying Obama has a ton more experience than does Palin, but it's clear that Palin definitely does not "overshadow" him.

Even though she has been Governor of Alaska for 21 months, she, like Obama, had public service before that and has accomplished much for the citizens of Alaska - see below link.  And Obama accomplished ...what?...please enlighten us.

She has the highest approval rating in the nation as a Governor - Obama's own constituents in Illinois overwhelming do not like him and probably will not vote for him.

She is a christian woman who, alongside her husband, are raising 5 children, one of which is serving in the armed forces of the United States of America...Obama is a member of the black theology movement and was mentored for 20 years by a racist preacher and was a member, for 20 years, of a church whose congregation enthusiastically cheered and clapped at the anti-American, anti-white government sermons yelled from the pulpit.

She gave birth to a disabled child, even though she knew this child would be born with downs syndrome ahead of time.  Obama allows women to kill these children and, if the child somehow survives the attempted abortion, Obama was the ONLY senator to vote against a bill that would have allowed medical treatment to be given to this enduring child.  Obama effectively said, "let it die, it is not wanted here."

Palin has taken on corrupt leaders of her own party and won.  Obama wouldn't dream of going against his party loyalties.  He's a puppet being led by big money and big politics.

I disagree - it is clear that Palin definitely does "overshadow" Obama.

Palin knows nothing about national security, and if something happens to McCain then of course she'd be president, but she lacks everything. That's what you call inexperienced. At least Obama isn't running for President after only being GOVERNOR for one term. McCain's the real hyprocrite for saying Obama lacks experience, but then turns around and chooses a VP w/no experience at all in the senate. If McCain wins you better hope nothing happens to him. The United States would really be in even more trouble w/someone who doesn't know how to handle foreign policy. I hope Joe Biden dissects her like a surgeon during the debates on foreign policy.
