Isn't it funny watching the Church of England tear itself apart?

They had a synod to basically come to a conclusion about whether they were very sexist (not allow any women bishops) or quite sexist (allow some lower level bishops in specific parishes).

It was funny watching them quoting wildly ambiguous passages from the bible that could just about be used to justify anything.

Isn't this what you get when you found a church on the family values of Henry VIII?

It could be worst, we could be under the Catholic church!  They could have read out of a comic book to justify their views, I hear the Beano is becoming more and more religious nowadays.
