Yes, I agree. We must put quotas in place for all aspects of public service, including all civil service positions and employment with companies primarily working through government contracts. We can work on determining who private companies are allowed to hire later.

It was wonderful to see the DNC convention and see the real melting pot where everyone is equal and there are throngs of people who feel the magic, comnpared with the mccain events where there are 12 white people all with buzz cuts mating with their sisters.
