Question:

Isn't it sad?

From all that I read and hear about the true reasons for invading Iraq is for oil.

I'm no sympathiser with a lot of the idiots of the Middle East, beleive me.

But when you actually think about the thousands of people getting killed, just for a commodity like oil, it's very sad.

I wonder if politicians who make these choices actually think about the loss of life etc, or whether they just go along with the other heads of state. It makes them no better than muggers and armed burglars really. They want something so they take it by force.

Don't you think that's so cruel? Ruining people's lives because you want something?

People complain about the fuel and energy prices now, just think of what it would be like if all the oil and gas goes to the highest global bidder.

Will be just like mad max

  10. I feel really sorry for the poor children who are so innocent in all of this, yet they are the ones who are robbed of parents and their right to be happy and safe. It's heartbreaking.
