Isn't it sad that the US government's cruel detentions that deny habeas corpus have been legislated against .?

by Congress in a vain attempt to defeat our civil liberties we hold so dear?

Twice, now, the Supreme Court has ruled this legislation unconstitutional and against the laws of the land. Habeas corpus will remain an essence of the meaning of America despite Bush's whining and Congress's continued ignorance of the fullness of the Constitution.

    Yes, for all Americans, not her enemies that run around in civilian clothing, hide among civilians, and murder Americans.


  2. When two separate but equal of branches of government come together (at the bequest of the judicial branch) it is unconstitutional for the judicial branch to usurp power and override the other two branches.
