Nope. We've said this a million times and we'll say it a million more. Every year, you pay the Queen less than £1...what a sponger! I'm sure in your many, wise years you've taken far more from the taxpayer such as free prescriptions/eye tests/seeing the dentist when you were younger, the NHS in general and one day you'll draw in your free pension too.

A Monarchy is more cost efficient than a republican head of state. A republic never comes cheap. Germany pays for three presidents: The acting one and for the retirees who get a full payment. France's presidential election cost the taxpayer 80 million Euros every five years, more than a coronation of King Charles III. would cost once.

Basic course in economics: British royalty brings in more tourist dollars than it costs. Remove the royals and you remove a large part of why tourists flock to Britain. Is that a good enough reason for you?
