Question:

Isn't it weird that up to the 4th round Rafa is only playing left handers?

1st Round : Rafa vs Bellucci(left handed)

2nd Round: Rafa vs Devilder(left handed)

3rd Round: Rafa vs Nieminen(left handed)

4th Round: Rafa vs Verdasco(left handed)

So far Rafa has played 3 consecutive days: are u kidding me? Could this be some kinda conspiracy?ok i bet not but still it is not fair at all.

It seems all the odds are against Nadal, rain messed up his schedule, resulting in playin 3 consecutive days, he's playing four left-handed players(which shouldn't matter but still its weird), his side of the draw is lined up with seeds while Federer and Djokovic are only faced with tomato cans.not to mention that blisters, which was re-opened by the 3 days marathon he was forced on.

If Rafa wins this FO its gonna be the sweetest he's ever won. Because all the odds are against him

  1. Yeah, its totally a conspiracy. Somehow Roger got it to rain for a long time so that way rafa would be tired by the time he got to the final. JK.

  2. Rafa will win. There's no one who can beat him on the red clay. Not even Fedexpress will come close.

  3. thank God for the lefties!

for a while i thought tennis was taken over by the boring righties...

  4. conspiracy.. maybe..

but its another challenge for nadal.. to prove that he's still the king of clay..

  5. the only tomato can i can see are YOU.

please shut up if you have that little clue of tennis. who are the seeds? Nalbandian out in the 2nd round. it doesn't matter who is seeded and who's not. it depends on the ability to play well on clay. normally Rafa get Roddick and Blake on his side, both of them absolute zero's on clay and if he get Nalby then this couch potato goes out in the very early rounds (like in Miami) what never happens if he is on Fed's side.

  6. I couldnt agree anymore with you. Seriously everything you`ve just said in this question is what ive been thinking :) I said this is a conspiracy the atp and higher up ppl just wanna see Rafa fail !!! I hope he proves them wrong, im sure he can win the French open for a 4th time. :) :) :) !!! Vamos Rafa you can do it. x*x

  7. it is odd that rafa had to play only left handers so far. good job pionting it out. i would have never realized the odds against him.

  8. I will agree that it is odd that he has only played lefties, but at then again, what are the odds that he would play lefty (he was naturally right handed, but he was taught to play lefty).  I think people think it is a given that he will win, but I agree; it seems the odds are against him and if he wins it will be his best win yet.
