  1. I have no idea what you are trying to ask.  The rules of evidence that exclude polygraphs apply to courts.  They do not prohibit any government agency from considering a polygraph.  The simply provide that a litigant in court trying to prove something, cannot prove it by the results of a polygraph.


  2. The Polygraph can be used to confirm you are telling the truth for law enforcement jobs (and others).  The agency wants to make sure you've been straight with them about your past and they can use a Polygraph to help them determine if you are hiding anything.

    It is not admissible in criminal cases.
