Isn't the UFC right when it comes to the issue regarding Randy Couture?

Question

I mean, even if (and that's if) Randy is right, he signed a contract. Four fights is four fights. How can he say anything over pay or treatment when he signed and agreed to the contract. He could have also fought Fedor by now if he just completed the two remaining fights on his contract. This thing has been dragging on for so long and it could all have been avoided if he just fought two more fights. It's frustrating how this is playing out? it's like a no win situtation for anybody.

No matter what Randy says, isn't the UFC in the right?

I agree with the UFC, but I'm not a lawyer. And I can't see any reason for Couture to complain about money.

it wasnt just the money. it was about Randy getting the respect he deserves. he has done more for mma and the UFC than anyone. including Dana White. he traveled around the country in courts trying to get the sport legalized. he's beaten just about everyone there is to beat (cept fedor of course) ...hes a multi time champion in TWO weight divisions. and he does it at twice everyone elses age. he's my hero.

chuck got paid more because he's a poster boy. sure he's tough. im not denying that. i like chuck alot. but he hasnt done **** to help the sport. especially compared to Randy.

Personally, I think we should all take a harder look at Dana White. I like the guy but there's just something about him that makes me wonder. He may be the one responsible for all the quibbling. Just my opinion...

randys got a huge ego , that is the issue at hand ,

he thinks hes bigger than mma. shame on him.

I agree, Couture made a deal and he should honor that deal.  Treat it like Mad Max Beyond Thunder Dome..break a deal..face the wheel
