Isn't the United States of the World's government a completely hypocrite?

You see, months ago it was supporting Kosovo's independence... and what a support! Now, it's by all means against the independence supported by Russia in Georgia. Plus, it's saying that this country is dangerous evil to the whole world, as if the USA itself was something different.

Come on, USW!

, you know,

  1. Sorry, but Georgia is already an independent country. Russia is trying to retake them.

  2. no, i don't know........

--Ur statement regarding the US supporting Kosovos independence compared to the US supporting Georgia's independence FROM RUSSIA who has NOTHING to do with Georgia, is like comparing apples to oranges.

  3. Hey good question.  By the way, how are things in the KGB?

  4. Of course the analogy falls apart somewhat by the fact that we didn't actually invade Serbia (we bombed them, but didn't invade the country). Also we were not allies with Serbia, and we only acted a few years after Serbia started attacking its break-away provinces.

Russia opposed the intervention into Kosovo, so they would actually be hypocrites too by your own reasoning.

I think both situations are similar in that there is alot bigger chain of cause and effect going on than people realize. Still, given our alliance with Georgia, of course we can expect the US to make some noise about this, it doesn't really matter in the end since we won't act on that noise.

  5. It is perfectly clear that some of the government employees are better at their jobs (representation of American values) than others.
