Isn't there a way to report callers if you have asked them to stop calling before?

Like telemarketers. They call me at least 3 times a day. Sometimes I just reject it but others I answer and tell them to stop calling me. It makes me so mad.

Register your phone on the Gov. do not call list. http://www.donotcall.gov
