The "little Iraq war" happened after 17 failed resolutions to get the evil dictator to abide by the stipulations of the cease fire of the first gulf war. We did not wake up one day and say, " Hmmmmm, I think I want to control the oil fields in Iraq." The man bragged about having WMDs. He threatened to use them.  He had a cabinet minister of WMDs. We found chemical warheads. We found mass graves and industrial shredders that the monster put people through.  I am amazed at your blatent lack of knowledge.
