It's great! I agree that good writing goes BEYOND just following a simple theme. You have to write *well* in order to capture your audience.

Overusing your adjectives isn't going to accomplish such things.

But whether this is going to be the set standard for future publications--remains to be seen.

I don't know if it was lack of writing prowess or that she's simply tailoring her writing style to her readership.  I'm just surprised she didn't put in a bunch of "LOL" or "IMO".

That is one awesome article, Aki.

I love the fact that it was written by a senior; a girl, no less.  I always appreciate seeing anyone around my age (and of my gender) who knows what Twilight really is.

I have not read any of these books yet, however, this article is very well written. I haven't read the Harry Potter series either, but I hear that the first book is full of errors. There is nothing more annoying than a book full of errors or cliches. Thank you for sharing this article!
