  1. If we had someone doing our hair and makeup (a professional not some little kid) we would all look beautiful! probably even better than her.  but we don't and that is what people try to be.  We compare ourselves to fake models and feel bad.

  2. yeah i saw that vid a couple months ago. it really makes you think.

i guess beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, or fake beauty that is

  3. i know what you mean, but have you notice that they always have beautiful people in their adds?

in my opinion they shouldnt even wear make-up in their adds since they are trying to prove a point

  4. yes it is

  5. Yes, but also, we can accept that we look the way we are, and we can learn to be proud of it, and realize, that we all ARE beautiful, no matter what. Yes, we all have flaws, and it's our flaws that make us the amazing people that we are. ♥

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

  6. Dove is only doing that campaign to get people to buy their products.

The only real way to stop people pressuring us to be beautiful is if we equate worth to our talents and not our looks.  That change must come from society, not a company that sells soap.
