Get rid of welfare.

Use that money to offer anyone who wants, $5000 in exchange for having thier tubes tied or for having a vasectamy.

Alot of poor people would probably take up on that offer.

In a few decades, the ghettos will be less populated. There will be less violence, less spending on police and social program, less unemployment, less drug use...

Not all poor people are criminals.  Not all unemployed people are bludgers.  And not all of them are on drugs.  Many rich, employed people are criminals and many are on drugs.  I see your point but no, it wouldn't work.

No, but getting rid of welfare would be nice! All you have to do to rid the world of these sort of things is to make the people believe a certain way.

Many love unemployment to hold down wage demands. Drug use will be around till man evolves to higher consciousness. One of the biggest reasons for welfare is to keep the babies coming or future consumer, workers coming. Universal health care and national id cards will lower welfare.

Welfare is far more restricted that it was before welfare reform. We need to keep it in some form. However, population control incentive seems like a good idea. The movie Idiocracy (with Luke Wilson) deals with the idea that eventually all the uneducated people will so over populate the planet that chaos will reign, since educated people tend to have far fewer children.

its dumb yo, i agree with u there are too may ppl. but we can find a more humane way to use it. plus we should always hav welfare, but with more restrictions.

thats not a good idea... over population is not a problem in our society so it really wouldn't solve anything in the long run.  An infertile person can still be violent, unemployed and on drugs
