Question:

Isn't what Sarah Palin said illegal?

Sarah Palin said in her speech that her son was going to be deployed to Iraq on Sept. 11. I thought that it was illegal to give out that kind of information like that. Also, she let it slip where he was being deployed, and I saw it on some Blogs.

Isn't that extremely dangerous to do?

Was she just saying that because Sept 11 would be mentioned?

Isn't it scary that she could let something slip like this and possibly become VP and also maybe even commander in cheif?

Wasn't what she said illegal?

  1. Don't worry. Republicans say she is qualified.

OMG. I am laughing again. LOL!

  2. Do you believe everything you read on the Blogs?  I certainly hope not!

  3. If she actually has military deployment information and revealed it, that would be illegal.  I suspect she *doesn't* know her son's exact deployment date and said Sept 11 because it sounds meaningful and symbolic.

(Exact deployment information is not revealed to the public, or even to the soldiers and their families, until very shortly before they leave.)

  4. I have no idea why you think such a thing would be illegal.  It's obviously public knowledge once the troops get their orders.  She is proud of her son, as are plenty of other Americans.  The irony of the 9/11 date does not escape us and we will never forget it.

  5. Not sure if it illegal or not, but she should keep her trap shut and I'm sure a stern warning will be given by the joint chiefs tomorrow.

I believe Biden let it slip on the date his son would be shipped out to Iraq as well.

  6. It probably was.

All the Republicans have is the military c**p. Not a good strategy to employ when the country is tired of war.

  7. How about...  She said it because she is proud of her son for the service he is about to give his country.  He's defending freedom for the rest of us...  In most parts of this country, people realize that it's an honorable thing to do.
