Isn't your economic status more important than race/ethnicity?

like if i was a multi-millionaire what my race/ethnicity was would matter less. some people say that next to death money is the greatest equalizer

  1. Once your basic needs are met extra money increases your happiness because in increases your status.  If you are a discriminated against minority your status sufferers but probably not several million dollars worth. Also keep in mind that minorities tend to earn less so they suffer on both fronts.


  2. More important to whom? Jesse Jackson has a lot of money. Seems like his race is very important to him.

  3. your mortal wealth cannot be taken with you die so only your memory lives on weather its good or evil will be up to you.

  4. i think u r right.why else wud everyone run after money?only those ppl who dont hav enough say philosophical things abt money.they tell u that money is not the most important thing in life.but u wont get anything today without money,maybe not even friends.i mean,do ppl who r far richer than u approach u for friendship?once u r rich,nobody wud bother abt ur race,s*x,religion....nothing!!!

  5. Society give more importance to money that others facts; but individual criteria can be different a lot in comparison to it.

    If the answerer's criteria is aligned to society criteria will answer yes. If not, the answer will be no.
