Har its all about training your kids......I grew up in a home where guns were not even locked up, and none of mine are now, but I knew what would happen to me if I messed up and my kids do to. My dad gave me a pellet gun when I was 9. He handed it to me and said, "this s not a toy, if you mess up it can kill you or someone else." He then trained me to be safe and competent with a firearm. The worst thing you can do with kids and guns is act like that gun is the forbidden fruit and hide it in the closet. Take the mystery awayand teach them. Majority rules? I guess in this case thats what happened but theres a little thing called the constitution ALL judges are to uphold despite their political views. The right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed. Thats pretty plain to me.

Well, I guess we'll find out if having guns in the home causes more problems.  It's a test I'd rather not have to see, but the majority rules, and it'll be interesting to see how many people kill others, while "protecting their family".   I think they have opened a can of worms and many people are going to be put to the test!  Most troublesome is the kids who will find the parent's guns, or the kids who break into the house to steal them.

ADD:  Guess "where you live" makes a difference.  I'm here, in So. Calif.,  where handguns are already very available and useful for all kinds of crimes.  My neighbor had a nice collection of 41 guns, all nicely locked up in a gun cabinet, but somebody broke in and now...he still has the cabinet and 41 guns went up for sale on the street.  But, thanks for the lectures.  Maybe I should buy a gun to protect myself from all the newly armed people.  <sigh>

absolutely!  but what the h**l was up with that child rape decision they made yesterday?  one day they're liberals, and next they're conservatives.

we will need the guns to use on the child rapist they just allowed to live yesterday.

I am glad that at least 5 of them respect the bill of rights, I can't imagine what the other 4 are thinking though.
