It happened with me.  I've only "been in a relationship" with one girl, who was also a lipstick L*****n.  The other girls I've casually been with for short periods of time ranged from chapstick lesbians (I figured there should be a category for slightly androgynous/slightly feminine girls) to butch girls.

I've found the only difference to be outward appearance. If that's all that's holding you back from dating other types of girls, you may want to reconsider.

'Lipstick L*****n' is just a label, and it doesn't have to dictate people's behavior. You can be who you want to be, as long as it's representing the real you: how you feel comfortable.

Anyone can date anyone if they want to, they shouldn't be restricted by what they wear or how they're labeled. That's ridiculous. Why should a "lipstick L*****n" date ONLY "butch lesbians"? Because we think there should always be a masculine/feminine relationship dynamic? Craziness.

I'm a lipstick and only attracted to other lipsticks.

Somewhat tomboyish is ok too and that can describe me at times. I don't wear makeup everyday, but stuff like long hair (shoulder or longer) is a REQUIREMENT for me.
