They can't get them legally. If they have them they are fake. In Chicago this past year they busted a nationwide Mexican counterfeit documents ring. They had sold over 100,000 fake documents before they got caught.

Barack Obama seems to have a problem with releasing his real birth certificate. There was one that was released on a Democrat website but it was a phony.

If it's illegal activities that you fell strongly about, start paying attention to the Bush Administration and their cronies. They have made illegal immigration the wedge issue for 2008. They'll say anything to distract the public's attention.
