  1. same with me, except, i jst stayed up all night once and it screwed up my sleep cycle (going to bed at 4am and waking up at 3pm). One night go to bed at 10:00. dont watch TV or play on a cellphone or a computer. Light stimulates the brain which keeps you awake. Read a book or something. Make sure it's a boring book. Then at like 12:00 if yur still awake, turn off the lights and close yur eyes. just wait, you have to fall asleep eventually. Then make sure you wake up the next day SUPER EARLY, then by the next night, you'll be really tired.

    thts wht i did ^^;

    good luck.

  2. Sleeping too much is almost as bad as sleeping too little and can make you feel very weak and very tired.
