Isnt surah at Takathur so right?

i love surah at takathur cuz its so right about this world and our desires. whats do you think? whats your favorite surah?

I love Surah Fatiha.

The start is amazing. Praise be to allah..

I mean, is there any other holy book which starts like that? All the rest seem like fairy tales whereas in the Qur'an it feels like God is talking DIRECTLY to you. He constantly addresses the audience.

yes!! it is very true,it applies to what is happening now!

i read it many times during salah..

it's one of my favorites too,i like yaseen,yusuf,ar-rahman..and many others :)

Jabir bin `Abdullah says:

"The Holy Prophet once visited us and we served him with fresh dates and gave him cool water to drink. Thereupon he said: "These are of the blessings about which you will be questioned."

There is also a longer hadith that I really love regarding this: about these 2 guys who go to the Prophet at night in need of food and the Prophet (SAW) takes them to this friend of his who just got back from getting fresh and ripe dates, cool water, and just slaughtered the sheep and they ate, and then the Prophet told the 2 guys, "You will be asked about this meal on that Day."

I think it is: (Volume 102:8) Narrated Abu Hurairah.
