Question:

Isonic Snapbox mp3 player wont turn on or charge

I just bought this mp3 player and i used for about 3 days and then It went dead one day so I go plug it up to charge it and it wont charge. I tried charging it with the USB cable and the outlet and nothing happens. Please help!
