Issue with Malware

I am having a problem with Malware that has infected my system and keeps giving me virus alerts and when I try to fix it, the problem either by not being deletab, or sending me o an orderpage t buy he product. Itkeepstellin me ha I have an Adware.win32.spyshredder spyware Trojan horse. The link leads to a pam page. Please help me. This been driving me nuts for days now.
