Issues With Day Digest Members?

My group has not been able to receive their day digest since last Sunday the 9th of December. I have written to Yahoo and no answer as of yet. Where else can I get technical support. My list members are not very happy right now.

  1. the only thing is the help form and although they may not reply, doesn't mean they're not working on the issue. many have reported not getting the digest so I'm sure they're aware of it.

    I'd just keep sending the form, since that is the only means of reporting issues to yahoo, sorry. ask your members to be patient and suggest reading off the group- there is nothing you as an owner can do about this nor is it your fault for a digest glitch. also share this help form with all the members it's affecting and have them send it in as well, it is actually affecting them and the more help forms expressing the issue the better I think. they also may feel as they're helping to solve the issue :)
