my so called friend katie kinda ditched me like we didnt have plans but she just got back and we are best friends or we were and tomorrow she has "plans" with 2 other girls.im really hurt and she and one of the other girls is going to hook up with my ex bf and katie has gone out with my exbfs cousin before and he has jsut used her like all the other guys to just make out iwht her..

and her twin is backstabing me

That guy is right.  Katie's just gonna walk all over you if you stay friends with her.  Get other friends ,stop talking to those girls they aren't good.  I'm 20 and I had this "best friend" from 7th grade to just 2 years ago she stopped talking to me cause I wouldn't do drugs with her.  She would always use my house to sneak in her boyfriends and I was blind to that because she was my "best friend."  She would always come to my house to do all the bad things she did when my parents went to sleep, and I never told because she was my "best friend"   I've learned now..

This kind of stuff is real simple. Ask yourself this question about everyone around you: Is this person bringing joy into my life?

If the answer is no, then get them out of your life. Stay away from them. Spend your time around someone who does.
