It´s ok. for a adult male drinking a lot of protein shakes and juices but just eating very little amounts ?

What do you think? A male who drink a lot of milk shakes, orange juice but he don´t eat more than a little bit of rice and salmon just one time daily.

  1. No.  A well balanced diet and regular exercise is the answer.  Forget about the gimmicks.


  2. Not very good for you at all. Best bet for using protein shakes is to drink them AFTER you have a light meal. You need solid food in your stomach to digest and to go along withh any liquids your body is processing.

           If protein is what your looking for, try eating a pack of peanut butter crackers and then drinking a protein shake. Peanut butter is a very good source of protein and good to eat if youre looking to get in shape
