Question:

It's 2:30 am and I can't sleep...?

What should I do. I don't have insomnia, I'm just not tired. How do I get myself to sleep.

  1. Try getting away from light sources. So, you ought to get away from the computer. ^_^

    Light, even artificial light, stimulates the brain, which keeps you awake. So dim your lights (or just turn them off) and meditate for a while. Concentrate on your breathing. That might help lull you to sleep.


  2. XD its 5:38 am and i cant sleep sooo im answer ppls questions just 2 help them out XD it passes the time man

  4. If you feel like sleep is something you must do right now, then lay in your bed and relax your body and mind. Relax your muscles, and think about what you did today, or what you plan on doing tomorrow. Just let your mind wander. However, if sleep is not necessary (it is Friday night after all who needs sleep?) Go on bored.com. They have interesting things on there. If that doesnt suit you, head over to y8.com and play some games. If THAT doesn't suit you, then type random words on Google.  

  5. Keep asking/answering Yahoo questions to eventually tire yourself out.
