Although Koufax would probably be my first choice, I'd go with Jack Morris. He pitched some incredible game 7's.

I consider John Smoltz to be the best post-season pitcher I've ever seen. 15-4 and 4 saves with a 2.65 ERA all time and a career 2.47 WS ERA in 5 different series is quite impressive and enough to get my pick.

Depends on the situation I guess. Home or Away, who won game 5 and 6. If I were at home and had momentum I would choose Maddox / Shilling / Clemens. If I were on the road, probably Nolan Ryan or Koufax. They were all great in their day, but just depends on the opposing lineup, how many lefties or righties, on grass or turf. all those things have be figured when their are so many great pitchers in the last 50 years.

In their prime? It would have to be Koufax. During the years he dominated, he was better than any pitcher had ever been, or has been since. Too bad it couldn't last.
