It's about time the abomination should end for LeBron James: NBA Special (Part-1)
Ever since LeBron James has arrived in Miami, he is never been loved like true superstar are done. The way he left his previous team in last summer is still remembered by many. He suddenly decided to take his talents to South Beach
for a better professional future. He was extremely frustrated in Cleveland where he had spent almost seven years, but could not win a Championship and this frustration led him to take this decision.
His sudden affiliation with the Miami Heat placed him in the limelight where the world media created more hype and he becomes the biggest villain in the league. The Cavaliers fans also hated his decision while this continuous hatred
is becoming more and more frustrating for James. Although he left the Cavaliers on purpose to become an NBA champion, but even in Miami, he could not win the Larry O’ Brien Trophy.
However, many basketball experts are agreed on one single fact as LeBron James is certainly a superstar and when a superstar carries out some kind of sudden act, people always wanted to know each and every detail of that very act.
This argument also supports the very fact of James’ sporting persona as he is loved by millions across the world and when those who have great admiration for him, suddenly receives some kind of unwanted act from their superstar, certainly get frustrated and
showed less support. LeBron James also had to face the similar kind of situation when he decided to play for another team in the league.
LeBron James was playing with the Cleveland Cavaliers with full thrust, but one decision ruined his fan following and he emerged as a villain in the National Basketball Association (NBA). There were certain definite elements which
created and smoothed the way for all those people who criticised him and hated him being attached with the Miami Heat.
His hype was the first element which has given him so much fame in the basketball world and this very fame proved lethal for him when he decided to fulfil his dream and took his game to the South Beach. People doubted his loyalty
with the game and criticised him for leaving the Cavaliers.
No doubt, James truly emerged as a basketball prodigy when he entered in the NBA. But his High School and College career was also very successful where he received his early fame. He was named three times “Mr. Basketball” in his
High School while studied in St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. His early fame proved wonderful for him as he was certainly playing with full energy. The Cavaliers received a big opportunity in 2003 when they attained the first overall pick in the NBA draft
and used this opportunity with great care.
The Cavaliers drafted James as the overall first pick in the 2003 NBA draft and started a new era with James. James not only played very well in his first year, but he also received the rookie of the year award too.
