Question:

It's almost three in the morning?!?

And the baby is kicking extremely hard, in the lungs, and I can't sleep through it. I have to be up at 6:30.... any idea's on how to sleep?

  3. I would try eating something... just to get his/her *focus* somewhere else. I havent gotten any lung kicks yet - but mines like a pro bladder kicker and sometimes I cant sleep through it and Im only 21w.

  5. Personally id just have an all nighter.. id rather have No sleep at all than just a little...Just go back 2 bed and atleast try!!!

  7. That stinks. I have no clue, I've never been pregnant. I liked your profile and the fact that you are young but you are taking responsibility. Age is only a number, some 40 year olds are idiots AND horrible parents...do your best and be a good mom! good luck with the sleeping...

  8. Try playing classical music to soothe the baby.

  9. Haha its 2 here in Kansas and I haven't been able to get to sleep b4 3 or 4 every night.. Try watching some tv.. that usually puts me to sleep. Or some cold water. But usually that just has me up an hour later to pee 5 times haha, but it does relax me..

  10. rub your belly or if you have a rocking chair that motion might sooth the baby

  11. Deep breathing, and I mean DEEP in through the nose and out through the mouth and tilt from the pelvis while standing up, backwards as you  breathe in and forwards as you breathe out. My little man  (7 1/2 months pregnant) has decided  to  practice his  Irish dancing during the wee small hours of the morning at the moment and this is working a treat for me :). It would seem that he likes the rocking motion
