It's been forever since my period came!?

It's been about two months since my period has came. I told my mom and all she said is, "It will come. It's just late."

Are periods suppose to come this late? I think I'm sick or something!

Why is my period taking so long to come? I'm really starting to worry!

And NO, I AM NOT PREGNANT! I'm a virgin.

okay is it ur 2nd time having ur period? if it is it will sometimes do that becasue ur body has to get used to this change. hope this helps!

This can be easily explained by hormones, stress, change in diet especially lack of iron in blood. Also sleeping patterns and even temperature changes and of course if you are taking any other forms of medication can lead to your period being late.

When you're a teenager, periods can be really irregular. But you should ask your mom to take your to see a doctor to make sure nothing's really wrong with you.
