the price of $ 750,000 does that do it for you ? ..... or are there

other issues not addressed in this turn around, what do you

think ?.............I think it still makes us look a little cheap & easy

to pick, i would have liked seeing a $1,50000 by the French club

for poaching and $500,000 combined for Sonny & his coach !

  1. Probably a good outcome.  The Bulldogs either faced a huge legal bill which may or may not payoff or years of paying for a player who doesn't want to play for them.

SBW was never going to get any of it because he was the one that broke the contract.  He'll be lucky if it doesn't come out of his current deal with Toulon.

  2. They poached him they payed it, Sonny Bill was in a dud team Bulldogs are c**p so is their trainer no one in Aussie wants to play for the Bulldogs, all the top players are bailing out, Union is paying more and the work rate is less for more money, so why refuse the offer

  3. Don't worry, SBW's will never make the all blacks! Even the ousted Jerry Collins and wannabe businessman Tana Umaga can't help him.

  4. I am just happy to hear the end of Sonny Bill Williams and his mate Anthony Mundine and his new manager Nasser something or else! To Me people like Mundine are EVIL and need to get a life. Good Luck to French Rugby Union, why don't they offer a contract to Mundine and keep him over there. Australia would lose nothing.....Sonny Bill is old news!

  5. I think the Bulls did the right thing. This could of dragged on for years to come and the legal fees could of gone through the roof.Use the money you saved to buy a whole lot of new players.

  6. I find the vengeful actions by the Bull Dags and the NRL against Sonny Bill Williams to be rather pathetic when the NRL itself or Rugby League was founded on theft of players from another code over the years and by stealth and deceit as its foundation. if you do not believe me, read the history of Rugby League and see how it celebrates deceit, lies and cheating at its founding. That is why I say that the Bull Dags and the NRL are pretty pathetic now crying foul.

I do not agree with what Sonny did but if you believe that the saga of the Bull Dags and their many problems is over, then you are sadly mistaken.

Eventually, the club will move from West Sydney and will be based somewhere else to survive.

The racist undertones at the club will gather momentum (see their recent signings?) and will become more overt as time goes by.

Folke's questioning of SBW's reported muslim leanings will not be the last. I have read the Massoud articles on Bull - sadly, Massoud is typical of the bandwagon writers who continue to kick a man when he is down - can I remind Massoud that one man's sworn evidence or statement can also be bull to another - given how little respect is given to the truth these days.

But then Massoud appears not to be a truly investigative reporter but rather follows seemingly popular views to sell his column.

Sonny bill will rise again and will wear the REAL black jersey and he will honour his commitments.

He will also be again a millionaire in a short while and he will have grown up a wiser man. Can many of us achieve this feat at so young an age.

Yes, the Bull Dags and the NRL are cheap and easy. I wish SBW had fought the restrictive trade practices of the NRL as has been successfully done in Football (Soccer) by one of their stars.
