It's great to get another chance, says Cameron White – Cricket News Update
Australia's former T20 skipper, Cameron White, is relishing his second opportunity to play in the national T20 squad, after Cricket Australia selectors recalled him for the upcoming 3-match series against Pakistan.
White, 29, has not played for the Australian cricket team since being dumped as the national T20 skipper in October last year. However, last month he earned a surprise recall from the national selectors for the T20 series against Pakistan and the subsequent
T20 World Cup.
Cameron's experience was preferred over http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Harold-William-Stephenson-c61707 Smith’s exuberance. The Victorian middle-order batsman earned the national recall on the back of an impressive 2012 IPL season with lacklustre Deccan Chargers. He was also played

White, who was replaced by legendary spinner http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Shane-Keith-Warne-c89672 as Melbourne Stars T20 skipper last summer, averaged 43.54 in the IPL-V and 57.00 in England's domestic T20. The Victorian batsman hoped to take his good domestic form in the IPL and Flt20 into the

“It is great to get another chance to play well under what is the most pressure you can be under in the Twenty20 format,” said the 29-year-old former Test and ODI all-rounder during a media interaction on Monday.
“I enjoyed the 2010 World Cup and we got pretty close (finalists) so it would be nice to go one better this time … It would be a pretty big deal for me,” he added further.

But the Victorian all-rounder played down the hype around the Saeed Ajmal-led Pakistan spin attack, saying he has done well against them previously and will not let them dominate when the two sides meet in the three-T20 series in the United Arab Emirates.
“I feel as though I am not worried about those guys,” said White adding, “In terms of worrying about which way the ball is spinning, I feel as though I don't have too many issues with that. Hopefully they don't make me look silly.”
The three-match T20 series between Pakistan and Australia kick-starts in Dubai on Wednesday, September 5, 2012.
