I don't see any reason why you cant wear a kilt.  It's a short skirt and guys have been wearing them for decades in Scotland.

When I was in college some 12 years ago, it became the popular thing for the men to wear those gauzy skirts over their boxers instead of pants or shorts.  They all agreed skirts felt cooler when the weather was hot.

If you want to go ahead and wear a short skirt, all the power to you.  Wouldn't bother me any.

isn't it illegal for a guys "twig and berries" to be seen in public in case they dangle out of the skirt?  Plus, there's always the homophobes out there who will jump you and throw you into a dumpster for wearing it.

idk, i got into the habit of wearing a sarong about 10 years ago and still wear one round the house in western countries. i don't think i'll be wearing a little tennis skirt though, i prefer them on women.
