It's just a mood swing, but what can i do to stop feeling so depressed?

I have to study for my finals tomorrow, but i just feel so sad

  1. Do something simple just for yourself, to boost your spirits a bit.  Take a quiet moment maybe, and think about what is causing you stress.  Accept the fact that you have to study, commit to it, and understand that this is a temporary situation.  Chocolate helps, too.
