I like Marcell's too - I have never been to Le Papillion but I have heard it is good.  Marcell's is très bon!!

I've recently been really craving French food. Last weekend I was at Bodega on Baldwin and another really homey place on Sheppard and Allan Road call Le Montmartre. For the best french restaurants, I just go to menupalace, here is a link to their French cuisine page. I am not sure if you need downtown Toronto or not?
