  1. what a great bday gift

  2. You might still be on probation depending upon the terms of the contract.  As far as pay, different states have varied laws, so check with your state labor board.  By the way, "Happy Birthday."

  3. Your contract should say how long the probation period is.  Do you know why they fired you? I know at most places, you need to be written up at least twice before you get fired. But if you're on probation, they can just fire you on the spot without warning.

  4. if you signed like a 5 year contract or something you could still be probational, and you should get whatever they were paying you up until you were fired. Alas, birthdays don't make you immune from life

  5. Happy Birthday!

  6. Happy Birthday!

call the Wages line or Unfair Dismissal board, they have all the info you need

  7. ?

  8. drag, dude, but probationary periods often last from 6 months to a year, so yeah, you're kinda screwed. But hey, friend-o, each closed door leads to an open window. Or something like that. Good luck!

  9. im not sure ask ur manager

  10. I guess good excuse to get wasted tonight

  11. Happy Birthday!  Best Wishes for New Beginnings!  I hope the opportunity, when it all works itself out, brings more than enough.
