It's my daughters first birthday and i need a good fruit salad recipe?

i dont want to give out candy at her party so I was thinking of making a fruit salad for the toddlers but i also need the adults to enjoy it. does anyone know a good recipe?

  1. Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips -- 5 STAR RECIPE

    "Easy to make, tasty fruit salsa and cinnamon tortilla chips. Great as an appetizer or a snack. Great for anytime!"

    INGREDIENTS

    2 kiwis, peeled and diced

    2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced

    8 ounces raspberries

    1 pound strawberries

    2 tablespoons white sugar

    1 tablespoon brown sugar

    3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor

      

    10 (10 inch) flour tortillas

    butter flavored cooking spray

    2 cups cinnamon sugar



    DIRECTIONS

    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.

    Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture

For my son's 4th birthday I cut up watermelon into chunks and then arranged them on a platter in the shape of a number 4.  The I surrounded the 4 with other chunked fruits such as pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and cantaloupe.  It was cute and everyone enjoyed the fruit, including the adult guests.  You could do the same with a number 1.

    Here is a very simple and great fruit salad recipe. Shh! It is a family secret! Decide on the type of fruit that you want to have and prepare it. Then take a box of lemon pudding and stir it into your fruit. This makes a delicious and light dressing and the lemon also helps to preserve your fruit!

    You will probably get asked what the dressing is. It's really good! Good Luck and I hope that this helps you out!

  4. INGREDIENTS:

    6-2/3 cups fresh strawberries,

    sliced

    3-1/4 pounds seedless green

    grapes, halved 10 bananas, peeled and sliced

    3-1/4 (8 ounce) containers

    strawberry yogurt

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a large bowl, toss together strawberries, grapes, bananas, and strawberry yogurt. Serve immediately.

    Serves 40

    NOTE:  To make this super kid friendly try adding colorful mini marshmallows :0)

  5. I would make fruit kabobs & serve with this yummy dip recipe:

    2 blocks Cream Cheese (softened & you can use fat free or Neufchatel Cheese)

    1 jar of Marshmallow Fluff

    Jar of your favorite preserves, use as much as you'd like usually 3/4-1 jar. My favorites are Blueberry, Pineapple & Strawberry

    You will always want this with your fruit! It's so delicious with all kinds of fresh fruit.
