It's my first day at a new job. How do I make a good impression?

So tomorrow I start at an insurance company. I'm nervous because I want to make a good first impression. What should I do?

Ask people questions and listen to them as much as possible. Ask them about their families, their experience on the job, what they like to do for fun etc. People just want to be heard.  If you need more tips, read " how to win friends and influence people" by Dale carnegie.
