I have a group were some members are regular ones and others are administrators. I need to be able to destinguish between messages to send for everyone and messages just for administrators.

  1. When you write to groups, the whole group reads.

It has to be mailed in private. By private mail.

All moderators see those Posts to moderators.

So do that if you have to say to all.

You can also do a reply to sender.

    Then only sender gets post.

  2. sending to <group-name>owner@yahoogroups.com sends to all moderators and owner. owners address is located at the bottom of every group homepage. however when people post, no matter if they are a member or moderator, their membership is linked by their ID.
