It's raining, do you get just as wet(wetter) running or walking to get out of the rain?

Do you get just as wet runnig thru the rain to get to ur car or indoors.

Normal shower vs. Down pour.

You get to your car quicker.. you are drier.   Longer time in it,  more wet you get...

It depends.  Assuming the rain is falling straight down, if you're standing still in the rain, theoretically you're only getting rain on your head and shoulders.  As you start walking, you begin to run into raindrops that are anywhere from your head to your toes.  As you run faster, you "run into" more raindrops and get wetter.  The amount wetness you encounter is probably a function of your velocity and the intensity of the downpour.
