does this prove Global Warming is man made?

Does the fact that The Bible mentions snowfall in Lebanon and Jerusalem 6000 YEARS AGO ONLY PROVE GW IS A CYCLE??? Pretty sure they weren't zipping around in SUV's back then!!!

Hah!  Whatever you believe, that is pretty cool.  

It does not prove that Global warming is man made or not.  It just keeps GW a question that can't be easily answered.  I haven't seen any real proof one way or the other that there is substantial man-made global warming.  Making a hollywood movie certainly doesn't prove it.  A scientist in Russia recently public spoke on the possibility of things cooling off.  I think there is natural fluctuation that isn't being brought to the limelight.

It's quite obvious this Global Warming is a hoax.  You hear the drive-by media constantly talking about Global Warming in the summer, but wow, It's -30 in Minnesota right now and colder in other areas, and you don't hear one story about Global Warming.

Just like Al Gore constantly lied in his Inconvenient Truth Video, the scientist are lying to us with this alarming to get extra governmental funds to do whatever they do.  Isn't it surprising that Al Gore has these companies now so when Emissions are mandated, he will get $$ profit from his companies.  It's all about money and it's extremely ridiculous.  If this liberal media would wake up and get a clue, the world would be a much better place.

But don't get me wrong, I love science, but figure it out.

Well, Craig...the Bible sure seems to think so! Unfortunately, you won't get the Enviromental extremists to realize that. They are far more interested in painting a face on a rock and calling it God, than worship the only living God..the creator of all things.

Global warming isn't a blowtorch that eliminates winter.

It threatens to cause massive damage to our advanced society, when it simply gets to a 2C average increase.

It won't be a Hollywood movie style disaster. Gradually coastal areas will flood and agriculture will be damaged. But it will be very bad. Rich countries will cope, but it will take huge amounts of money. In poor countries many people will die of starvation, but not all of them.

Most scientists say, in 20-50 years. But we need to start right now to fix it, fixing it will take even longer than that.

The bottom line:

Duh! the earth's temperature varies in cycles, without man's help.  And you reference suv's 6000 years ago?  Scripture gives a clearer picture of this;

Genesis: "and in his "Fury" he drove them from the garden....clear proof that God drove a Plymouth at that time.

Scripture also says "the apostles all came of one "Accord"...proof then and there that the apostles drove a small Honda.

So no, they did not drive SUV's then, just passenger cars.

You are about the 200th person to come out with this fact recently.  The only difference with your question and the others is that they had more question marks and you are the first one to mention the Bible. When you entered the question into the first box did a panel not come up to say 200 similar questions found?

  Anyway *sigh* to answer your question, no it does not prove it is a cycle. It does not really prove anything and as such it is a totally meaningless fact. There is a lot of information out there that proves global warming is a fact but I don't think we need to consider the snow in the middle east until it is a meter deep.
