Probably not.  Short term weather in one location can be pretty strange, even without global warming.

Probably because its still pretty much winter.    I know spring started a few days ago, but there is a lag time between when spring officially starts and when is starts to get warm.   I hope you are new to your city and not just being foolish.

All I can say is that glaciers once covered the US as far south as Texas and Wooly Mammoths roamed the country during the ice age.

All the ice is gone and ya know, nobody burned fossil fuel and nobody drove SUVs during our ice ages. Bingo and the planet warmed anyway.

Global warming is a climatic event.  It deals with long-term trends and global changes.  Snow in a particular place is a weather event, which is localized.  Weather events are rapidly changing and limited, so while global warming might cause some, there is no way to determine which weather events are caused or exacerbated by global warming.

To say that global warming warms some places and cools others would be like saying that if you cook a turkey in the oven, parts of it would be warm and other parts would get colder than if you didn't put it in.
