Question:

It's so hard for me to go to sleep.

I tried to go to sleep early then i'll end up waking up in the middle of the night and i feel sleepy too. its so stressful because i feel unsatisfied. i tried changing my bed position once and it work for a while. i cant keep on changing my bed's position everytime i wanna go to sleep. please help.

  1. You can speak with your doctor, he can prescribe a sleeping pill.

    But, if you would rather not take drugs, you can go to CVS or any whole foods store and pick up some valarian root.  take about 4 of them before bed.  

    They'll zonk you right out.  Legal...they are a plant.  also, it's what they make valium out of.  


  2. Try reading a very dull book right before bedtime.  

    Start winding down a couple of hours before you want to go to sleep.

    Soemtimes Sudoku helps me get tired.

    Don't get into bed until you can't stay awake any longer.

    It might help to start yawning for a while.

    Get up at the same time each morning.

    Don't take naps during the day.
