It's time for us to harvest our potatoes. When is the best time of day for this?

  1. It doesn't matter what time of day you harvest them.  Just don't leave them out in the sun.  If you leave them out in the sun they will start turning green and can become toxic to eat.


  2. It makes no difference at what time of day you dig your taters.  Do it whenever you have the time, as long as it is still daylight so you can see what you're doing.

  3. I don't think it matters when you harvest them.. with our tomatoes, we always pull them whenever they look ripe.
