I've received email from Yahoo's staff informed that I'm a winner of this program.I'm afraid that s.body wanted to joke on me. They said that, "All participants "email address" were selected through a computer balloting system drawn form Nine hundred thousand names from Canada Australia United States Asia Europe Middle East, Africa and Oceanic".

NO it is not true. It's worse than spam. If you reply, and cooperate, you could be taken for thousands of dollars. Mark it as spam, and never, ever, reply to those.
