My own thoughts are we cannot control anyones heart - even our own.

The heart has the ability to control a person not vice-versa.

We can influence the heart but it is the heart, where all emotion springs from, that decides the outcome.

There are lot of spells that can be used to 'affect' the heart in the form of 'Love Spells' but to influence someone against their own will always carries a much heavier price for the insitgating person .
