The Manchester United manager claims that the club have offered Paul Pogba a new contract, but it will be up to the player to decide if he wants to stay at Old Trafford or not.
Carrington has been a breeding ground for talent and has produced some of the best players ever to serve the Red Devils.
From http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tom-Cleverley-c35218, it seems that United have endless talent on their conveyor belt.
One of the most esteemed products to come into the spotlight is http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 following a controversial transfer from Le Havre.
However he has justified the reason why the reigning champions were eager to sign him, churning out some scintillating displays for the reserves and the academy. But like all young lads, the French International harbours grandiose ambitions of making it
to club first team.
While Sir Alex is more than happy to let youngsters in his squad, he allows them a certain period of time to adjust and acclimatize themselves in the senior side. But Pogba has been adamant in playing week-in, week-out, something which has alerted Italian
giants Juventus.
The Bianconeri are ready to offer the starlet a mega money deal as well as the chance to play regular football in Serie A, while United have rebuffed the transfer, they can do nothing if Pogba’s head is turned by the proposal on the table.
What they can do, though, is offer him a new contract and hope that he agrees to it, which is exactly what Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson has done.
The Scot, however, now claims that everything is in the hands of the player, who can choose to stay in Manchester or leave accordingly.
"We’ve agreed a deal with his agent. It’s now down to the boy. I must stress, he’s going to be a first-team player. There’s no doubt about that.”
"The boy has great potential and I think he’s at the right club. But he has to make that decision,” the veteran tactician was quoted as saying.
Pogba is rated as one of the brightest prospects in the English game and it would be a shame to see him leave, especially when he can be the successor to Paul Scholes’ crown.
